Chinese Food Lunch

We celebrated Ama’s birthday a few different ways. First, we had the whole Haydon family and Judy have lunch at China Village in Cotati after church on Sunday January 4th. (We forgot to take pictures during the meal and a group picture after.). We ordered so much food and ate it for lunch or dinner in the coming days as well. Ama’s favorite foods we had were the chow fun and orange beef. She received sweet cards as well.

Gifts From Adi on her Birthday

Adi was so sweet and gave Ama her homemade and sentimental card and a book she ordered for her.

Judy also brought her over some beautiful flowers. (Note them in pictures with the cakes below.)

Costco Desserts and Improv Celebrating

Trevor, Abel, and I went to Costco on Friday for some kitchen meal staples and Trevor noticed the Strawberry Cheesecake. We thought we should get it for Ama since we haven’t had cake to celebrate her yet. We also chose a chocolate bar cake thing. That afternoon, we had dessert before dinner. Then Ama opened a birthday card that had arrived from Aunt Debbie and Uncle Sonney. Next, Auntie Tiff and Adi went to sushi for a late 16th birthday gift then came back and Tiff gave Ama her gifts (a bracelet and necklace). We then played some games together.

I’m sure more celebrating is to come as we haven’t given her any gifts yet and she still wants to make herself a princess cake. We shall see.
