It was so nice to spend time in Ukiah with my family on Christmas! We started with breakfast then the stockings, lining the kids up for pictures before beginning.

We always start with the stockings, even the adults. And, it was such a privilege to sew up a stocking for Johnna this year as she joined us for the first time.

After the stockings, Tiffany usually helps us give out grouping of gifts. Everyone opens at once, usually gifts from the same person. It’s always fun and a bit chaotic at the same time. I’m always a bit worried about what might get thrown away with the gift wrap.

I mostly videoed the gift opening times, so there are limited pictures.

Throughout the day we did a variety of things: a puzzle, some games, napping, watching football, eating…

This year, Brandon also brought a fun activity: Bingo with prizes. Adi got a lottery ticket (not a winner) and Ama got a 3 pound Hershey’s chocolate bar.

Before people started leaving, I tried to get a few pictures. I sure love my family!!

And lastly, although Uncle Chuck and Mark Towle had already left, we got a quick group picture.
