Around noon today we headed to Carson City, Nevada for a short snow trip as a family. The drive was uneventful and beautiful when we started seeing the snow.

We stopped at Cabela’s in Boomtown for a couple things we needed, as not everybody stayed the same size since last trip. 😊

Then to our hotel, the Staybridge in Carson City, and to dinner at Bully’s Bar and Grill. It was ok food, we were all starving, but watching a football game, which we rarely do, was quite fun together.

We read devotions and prayed together after getting ready for bed, then some of us read, played a video game, or watched a movie. Trevor worked on the songs he’s been posting every day this year using AI to create music for a chapter from the Bible (either the exact wording or a summary song). He really enjoys this.

As for tomorrow, we might go to Mt. Rose to go skiing or just go to a snow park.
